Hefty Book Summary
Oh my God….this book made me a blubbering mass of happy tears. My smut queen Jessa kane and many others agree: this is the best book we’ve ever written. All the reviews I’ve read of this book have been so effusive in their praise that I’m beating myself in the head for waiting so long to read it. I read practically all of her books in one sitting this week, and it was great fun. I never once felt bored; on the contrary, I couldn’t wait to keep going because I was having so much fun. It’s very annoying that I can’t start a novel because of work and other commitments. The book’s message is genuine and universal, making it stand out from the crowd. These people won’t leave my mind for a long time. This is the first time I have ever wanted to award a higher rating than five stars, and I would do so without hesitation.
Big and handsome, Zach is a real bear of a man. But he’s not the cuddliest of creatures. On the football squad, no one can penetrate his defence. He’s not even remotely what you’d call strapping. He is bulky, solid, and difficult to penetrate. Hefty. Almost six feet tall. It’s the uneven distribution of his extra weight that keeps me up at night worrying about him. Just fantasising about his big, muscular legs and stomach squeezing me.
No way could I ever escape.
In no way do I intend to.
Jill’s love for Zach, her best friend’s brother, has only grown stronger and more mature over the years, but he has no idea. Boys, seriously, can be so oblivious to what’s there in front of their eyes. Whenever he is in the room, she becomes a stuttering, anxious wreck. Seeing how hard she tried to get his attention as more than a friend was adorable. The unique perspective really appealed to me. Despite being the top linebacker on the school’s football team, Jill loves him because he is still huge, robust, hefty, smart, and humble. She plans to use subtle hints to encourage him to ask her to the prom.
Zack has adored Jill since the day she entered his life, but he is under the impression that she does not feel the same way. He looks out for her and cares for her a lot. He is very familiar with her. She’s hilarious, honest, helpful, and drop dead gorgeous, and he can’t get enough of her. Being the head cheerleader and witnessing every guy desire after her has led him to believe that she may not find him attractive.
